Chile miners rescue

October 2010

Finally, the 33 Chilean miners were rescued, thanks to the economic resource of the United States. Every day in the world there are many deaths on the job. These deaths could be prevented if employers were more sensitive to safety in the workplace.
Compliance with the rules of safety at work cost the companies a price that every country should have to pay. The results would be fewer accidents and less disability pensions having to be paid by the social security system.
