Ireland Failure

During these last few weeks we have been reading of the worries of the Irish Government about the danger of the failure of the Irish economy (or the Irish Banking System).
The Irish Government is expected to put together a 6 billion euro budget, and to present a plan to Dail Eireann by the beginning of the next month.
The Irish Government is currently under pressure from the international media and the opposition parties. The ministers of the Irish Government are denying that there are negotiations going on between Ireland and European officials to receive help from the financial stability fund.
Brian Cowen, while denying any talk of being given capital from the european fund is, on the other hand, saying that the Government's objective is to bring the banking system to a position where it can access funds at a reasonable price.
To sum up, the time of the Celtic tiger is finished, but Ireland seems not to be in a position as severe as that of Greece.
